ABK (Anonymous But Known) is an independent streetwear brand born in Brisbane, Australia. Built by two best mates with a love for vintage, skate, and designer-inspired fashion, we focus on mystery, style, and staying true to our roots. Every piece reflects the ABK vision: strong, unique, and fresh streetwear that connects with those who get it.

 

 

✈️ Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Orders over $50 AUD receive Free Standard Shipping via Sendle.
• Orders under $50 AUD are charged a flat rate of $9.95.
• Delivery timeframe: 2-8 business days (depending on your location).

International Shipping

• Yes, we ship worldwide!
• Rates calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
• International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
• Delivery timeframe: 7-21 business days depending on location and customs.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days.
• You'll receive tracking info via email once shipped.

 

 

❌ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• To initiate a return, email us at info@abkofficial.com with your order number.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Store credit or exchanges only.

 

 

⚠️ Warranty & Defects

If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Send photos and a brief description to info@abkofficial.com.
• We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the issue.

Normal wear and tear or damage from incorrect washing is not covered.

 

 

📈 FAQs

Do you restock sold-out items?
Usually, no. Most ABK drops are limited and won't be restocked. Follow us to stay in the loop.

How do I track my order?
Check your email for a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, shoot us an email ASAP. Once it's shipped, we can't make changes.

Do you accept custom orders?
Not at the moment, but keep an eye on future drops and collabs.
